Writin' Soundtrack

A number of friends who are writers post about the "soundtrack" they’re listening to while they write. I just can’t listent to most music, because I want to listen. I need near silence to commit my mind to creating or, at the very least, uninterrupted time. No television, no radio, nothing. It occurred to me, however, that there is a soundtrack for my writing. Inspiration comes in flashes of scenes. Often, they’re inspired by music. Here’s the soundtrack that brought Blood for the Sun to life. Looking forward, I’m going to try and keep track of songs that bring All The Dead Men to fruition. I’ll let anyone who’s read the book and is reading this post figure out for themselves which tracks inspired which scenes. At the very least, here’s a list of music for you to check out:
